And in the context it has to do with a government agency, not a political entity? Too bad that IRI's leaders are so insular that they are attempting to quarantine Iran from the outside world and outside influences, some that might help Iran advance as a country (including information about diseases and health care). Of course they may be of the opinion that AIDs is the judgement of God and it only afflicts bad people, so why treat it?
